Q) How often should I have my mattress sanitize?

A) Every six months. If you are having problems with dust mite related alergies you should have your mattress sanitized every 3 to 4 months.


Q) I just bought a new mattress, should I have it cleaned?

A) Your first cleaning should begin 6 months after purchasing.


Q) I have an old mattress should I throw it out and and get a new one?

A) If it is still comfortable we can kill the dust mites and vacuum them out. Typically people replace their mattress every 8 to 10 years.


Q) Will your cleaning process remove stains?

A) No, only the dustmites.


Q) Is there a better time of year to have you sanitize my mattress?

A) No, it is better to stay on a regular schedule of cleaning and pick a day you going to wash your bedding anyway.
