I started dustmite busters because I suffer from Asthma.
I used to run cross country and track. I thought I was in good health then one day I started having difficulty breathing.
I went to the doctor and they gave me an inhaler but it kept getting worse. My breathing had reached a point where it was so bad; I had to take a 5 minute break when I would walk up a flight of stairs to catch my breath.
My doctor spent about a year doing lots of tests to find out what was wrong with me. My doctor gave me many types of inhalers and pills. I would go see a specialist once a month to see how I was progressing.
We discover that I was allergic to several things; one of them was dust mites. We tracked my progress for another year.
We discovered a pattern and I have been able to keep it under control. I can run and ride bikes without worrying about having an asthma attacks.
To get my breathing back under control we had to get a new bed, put on dust mite covers on our pillows and mattress, remove our carpets or move, stay from dogs and cats. Keeping our bed clean and free of dust mites has made the difference.
Once we got it under control and found my pattern I was able to reduce the amount medicine I needed and when I need to use it and be around my dog and cat again.
